Tasting Notes
어둑한 마호가니빛이 잔 깊이에 또렷이 깃들어 있다. 1973년 곤잘레스 비야스 올로로소 셰리 캐스크에서 30년을 보낸 주라 섬 Isle of Jura의 Special Limited답게 주라의 절제된 결과 셰리의 풍성한 단맛이 새겨져 있다. 코끝에는 건포도, 잘 익은 자두, 옅은 가죽 향이 풀린다. 55도가 입을 묵직하게 덮고 다크 초콜릿, 호두, 무화과의 풍미가 발전한다. 여운에서는 묵은 셰리가 길게 이어진다.

grainy and caramelly, on cornflakes, butter, liquorice, vanilla, custard, fudge, heather… Very natural, with a nice balance
restaurant Palate
sweet and very caramelly, with lots of vanilla and grain. Not much else, I’m afraid, but a long, powerful, liquoricy and again very salty finish. Rawer than the 1985. 80 points .
