Tasting Notes
오래 묵은 짙은 호박빛이 잔 속에서 윤기 있게 빛난다. 달모어 1978은 33년이라는 긴 시간을 보내며 잘 익은 오렌지와 다크 초콜릿, 졸인 과일의 향을 원숙하게 피워 올린다. 한 모금 머금으면 달모어 특유의 오렌지 마멀레이드 같은 단맛과 흑설탕, 광택 나는 오크의 풍미가 깊게 어우러지고, 40.5도의 부드러운 도수가 매끄럽게 흐른다. 30년을 훌쩍 넘긴 세월이 향에 그윽한 무게를 새겼고, 오렌지와 초콜릿의 끝맛이 천천히 사그라든다.

the most winey so far. Moist black Christmas cake, fresh brownies from the oven, prunes in armagnac, some kind of earthy balsamico cream, and then simply ‘a very old wine cellar’. You may add a few squares of black chocolate and a capful of dry Marsala. And a few rose petals
restaurant Palate
explosively sherried, not without reminding me of those old Gran Reservas by Macallan (which I did not like a lot, but they became highly collectable for no reasonable reasons, as my grandpa used to say). Pressed black raisins, black nougat, Austrian plums in chocolate (check Kastner’s Rumbapflaumen, a favourite in the house since we found an official exporter - thanks K.), and simply brandy. timer Finish
medium, thick, rich. Prunes, chocolate, and armagnac. No, prunes in armagnac. The aftertaste is a little gritty/green, though…
