잔을 코끝에 가져가면 30년 버번 배럴이 새긴 달모어 특유의 오렌지 마멀레이드와 바닐라 향이 가장 먼저 인사한다. 잔을 흔들면 옅은 호박빛이 천천히 도는 가운데 1991 빈티지가 빚어낸 토피 노트가 머문다. 한 모금을 머금으면 58.7도의 알코올이 입을 강하게 데우며 농축된 시트러스와 마른 견과의 단맛이 묵직하게 흐른다. 천천히 삼키면 하이랜드 특유의 묵직한 잔향이 입에 길게 남는다.
