하일랜드 알네스 인근 크로마티 만의 짠 바닷바람이 달모어 밀레니엄 2000 빈티지 18년 마투살렘 올로로소 셰리 숙성에 짙은 결을 새겼다. 잔에는 짙은 마호가니 색이 잠겨 있고 노즈에는 마투살렘이 풀어놓은 건자두, 오렌지 마멀레이드, 짠 가죽의 향이 깊게 머문다. 입에 들어오면 52도의 알코올과 함께 다크 초콜릿, 무화과 잼, 흑설탕의 풍미가 두꺼운 질감으로 흐른다. 여운은 만의 짠 바람과 짙은 셰리로 길게 이어진다.
