Tasting Notes
노즈에서는 달모어 1973 빈티지의 33년 카베르네 소비뇽 와인 캐스크 숙성이 만든 검은 베리, 가죽, 다크 초콜릿 향이 두드러진다. 와인 캐스크가 부여한 짙은 과실미가 명확하게 드러난다. 팰럿은 45도에서 부드럽지만 무화과와 흑설탕, 마른 탄닌의 균형이 단단하다. 레어 앤 프레스티지 시리즈다운 침착한 보디가 발전한다. 피니시는 마른 베리와 가죽, 후추가 길게 이어진다. 달모어 영빈티지의 정수가 또렷이 깃들어 있다.

first achievement, it’s not too winey. Second achievement, it’s pretty Dalmore-y, with some chocolate and some oranges. And then, it’s malty, with whiffs of Mars bar and a wee earthy/ferny side that’s rather pleasant. Perhaps does it rather go towards Cognac? Pleasant
restaurant Palate
no, this is very unusual. Seriously, it does taste like some kind of American craft whisky, flash-aged in very small barrels. And it’s pretty good, with some pumpernickel, gourd pips, sloe, cloves, ginger… It’s just not very Dalmore anymore. But funny it is
timer Finish
medium, on bitter chocolate, cigars, black tea, and green pepper and juniper. Some French oak involved, perhaps?
