퍼스셔 블랙포드 마을의 광천수가 흐르는 풍토가 툴리바딘 2006 빈티지 12년 위스키에 가벼운 균형감을 새겼다. 잔에는 옅은 황금빛이 비친다. 향에는 엑스 버번 캐스크에서 비롯한 바닐라와 잘 익은 사과, 헤더 꿀이 또렷이 드러나고 입에서는 46도의 도수가 시리얼과 시트러스, 가벼운 오크 향신료를 단단하게 풀어낸다. 여운은 꿀과 오크가 잔잔히 이어진다.

bursting with oranges – if you’re as fond of them as I am, you’re in for a treat. Jaffa cakes, honey, a touch of olive oil (Spanish, of course) and freshly peeled oranges. There’s also a hint of macarons and amaretti biscuits. Honestly, on the nose, it’s wonderfully done, but that’s often the case with good palo cortado

yes, very good, especially considering the relatively modest price. Chocolate, walnut cake (that’s quite pronounced), turrón, hazelnut spread and peanut butter, roasted pecans… All of it works like a charm

perhaps its slightly weaker point, with some flinty notes, leather, and a touch of bitter orange taking the lead at this stage
