잔을 흔들어 향을 깨우면 옅은 장밋빛 도는 호박색이 잔벽을 타고 흐른다. 코를 들이밀면 퍼스트필 포트 배리크가 준 붉은 베리와 자두, 옅은 향신료가 또렷하게 올라온다. 한 모금 삼키면 53.2도의 질감 위로 라즈베리와 체리, 흰 후추가 번진다. 포트 배리크에서 7년 보낸 어린 툴리바딘을 넘기면 새콤달콤한 베리가 길게 남는다.
