Tasting Notes
잔을 가볍게 흔들면 PX 셰리가 입힌 짙은 호박빛이 잔 벽을 타고 흐른다. 코를 가까이 가져가면 건포도와 토피, 가벼운 시나몬의 향이 부드럽게 올라온다. 한 모금을 입에 머금고 굴리면 46도의 순한 질감 위로 흑설탕과 마른 과일의 단맛이 번진다. 천천히 삼키면 툴리바딘 특유의 달콤하고 둥근 셰리 여운이 깊게 머물며 길게 이어진다.

bursting with oranges – if you’re as fond of them as I am, you’re in for a treat. Jaffa cakes, honey, a touch of olive oil (Spanish, of course) and freshly peeled oranges. There’s also a hint of macarons and amaretti biscuits. Honestly, on the nose, it’s wonderfully done, but that’s often the case with good palo cortado

yes, very good, especially considering the relatively modest price. Chocolate, walnut cake (that’s quite pronounced), turrón, hazelnut spread and peanut butter, roasted pecans… All of it works like a charm

perhaps its slightly weaker point, with some flinty notes, leather, and a touch of bitter orange taking the lead at this stage
