향의 도입은 풋풋한 풀과 졸인 붉은 베리가 주도한다. 레드와인 바리크에서 15년을 보낸 올트모어로, 산뜻한 곡물 향 위로 와인 캐스크의 붉은 과실이 드러난다. 팰럿에서는 라즈베리와 보리 단맛, 후추가 51.1도의 단단한 구조로 발전한다. 졸인 딸기와 보리의 단맛이 차곡차곡 쌓인다. 풀 향과 와인의 대비가 또렷하며, 피니시는 붉은 과실과 오크가 길게 이어진다.
