Tasting Notes
잔을 가까이 하면 올트모어 2007의 셰리 펀천이 더한 건과일과 보리 향이 또렷하게 두드러진다. 셰리 펀천에서 8년을 보낸 만큼 건포도와 흑설탕, 잘 익은 자두가 명확하게 드러난다. 67도의 압도적 도수가 입을 강하게 채우며 농축된 단맛과 호두, 향신료가 진하게 깔린다. 두 번째 모금에서는 셰리의 단맛과 알코올의 무게가 한층 분명해진다. 어린 숙성에도 강한 구조감이 단단하며, 피니시는 마른 셰리와 향신료가 길게 이어진다.

ouch. Caramel vodka and huge quantities of nutmeg. Really tough. With water: easier but still a little rough, with a sherry that's full of bay leaves and cloves
