노즈에서는 리필 버번 호그스헤드에서 10년 숙성된 글렌모렌지의 신선한 시트러스와 바닐라, 크레페의 달콤한 향이 가장 먼저 두드러진다. 키 큰 스틸로 알려진 하이랜드 몰트답게 가볍고 우아한 캐릭터가 명확하게 드러난다. 팰럿은 61.2도의 강렬한 힘으로 오렌지와 꿀, 화한 오크 스파이스가 발전하며 구조감이 단단하다. 피니시는 청량한 시트러스와 커피의 쌉쌀함이 길게 이어지며 SMWS 보틀링의 균형이 깊게 머문다.

very rich, thick, gingery, with a lot of vanilla but also pleasant notes of lemon and green apples. Much less elephantine than I had feared but the oak is huge. More and more pepper.
