북부 하이랜드 테인 마을 도녹 만의 짭조름한 해풍이 글렌모렌지 30년의 캐릭터를 처음부터 끝까지 받친다. 잔에는 짙은 적갈색이 비친다. 향에는 말라가 와인 캐스크 피니시에서 비롯한 잘 익은 포도와 무화과, 흑설탕이 또렷이 드러나고 입에서는 43도의 부드러운 도수가 가죽과 다크 초콜릿, 정향을 잔잔히 풀어낸다. 여운에는 말라가의 끈적한 단맛이 깊게 머문다.

quite strong Madeira, raisins, pink grapefruit. Rather nice at first nosing. Develops some funny notes of soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, apple juice. Quite enjoyable. Gets a little mat: chocolate, sawdust, cardboard…
restaurant Palate
starts on lots of caramel, sugar, sweet wine (young Banyuls). Gets quite toffeeish, burnt caramel, roasted beans. Medium long finish, with a pinch of salt on the tongue.
