노즈에서는 글렌모렌지 18년 인피니타답게 절제된 카라멜과 시트러스, 화이트 와인 향이 가장 먼저 드러나고, 사과 껍질과 옅은 후추가 뒤따른다. 버번과 올로로소 셰리를 함께 쓴 만큼 팰럿은 한층 대담해져 태운 카라멜과 졸인 와인, 레몬즙이 이어지지만, 윤곽은 다소 흐릿한 편이다. 음력 새해 에디션으로 43도로 병입된 이 보틀링의 피니시는 다소 씁쓸하고 시큼한 결이 오래 남으며 균형은 아쉬운 편이다.

like with the sherry version, it’s much more restrained. Some caramel, citrus, white wine. Goes on with some apple skins and pepper, not much else
restaurant Palate
again the same phenomenon happens: this more recent batch is much bolder, but also even less defined. Burnt caramel, cooked wine, meat sauce, lemon juice.
