Tasting Notes
노즈에서는 글렌모렌지 특유의 매끄러운 보리 향과 꿀 노트 위로, 화이트 럼 캐스크 피니시에서 온 사탕수수와 바닐라, 열대 과일 향이 명확하게 드러난다. 팰럿은 46도의 균형 잡힌 도수를 타고 꿀과 시트러스, 잘 익은 과일의 단맛이 선명하게 발전하며 18년 숙성이 더한 매끄러운 질감이 입을 감싼다. 피니시는 길게 이어지며 바닐라와 사탕수수, 옅은 오크의 여운이 남는다. 화이트 럼 우드 피니시로, 럼 캐스크의 개성이 또렷한 한 잔이다.

starts a little buttery and porridge-y, gets then a little more ‘grilled’ and honeyed, with a layer of dry tobacco and ginger cookies, with hints of caraway and orange zests and marmalade in the background. It’s not too winey, having said that, which can’t be bad news

starts more winey and a little sour (really reminds me of orange wine), with a green spiciness, some green pepper, and a feeling of mulled wine, with quite a lot of cinnamon, cloves, as well as a little aniseed. Rather bittersweet, with a green oakiness
