하일랜드 테인의 글렌모렌지는 스코틀랜드에서 가장 키 큰 증류기로 섬세한 증류액을 빚는 증류소다. 버번과 슈퍼 투스칸 와인 캐스크가 15년 숙성된 색을 장밋빛 금빛으로 물들였다. 코에는 잘 익은 복숭아와 붉은 베리, 꿀이 향긋하게 올라온다. 46도의 도수가 입에서 자두와 시트러스, 가벼운 탄닌을 매끄럽게 흐르게 한다. 키 큰 증류기의 섬세한 결에 토스카나 와인의 화사함이 더해졌다. 여운은 붉은 과일과 꿀을 길게 남긴다.

a fresh, citrusy Glenmorangie, with some chalk and clay, cider apples, lime and, perhaps, hints of fresh-sawn pinewood. Small quantities of liquorice allsorts and coconut balls
restaurant Palate
very good, very juicy, very fruity, pretty much within its regional style. I know that's controversial but despite very different equipment, especially the stills, both neighbours Dalmore and Balblair are also producing this fresh and fruity style as long as no heavy sherry's involved. Juicy fruit, all-vitamin juice, melons and peaches, limoncello, orange brioche, small bananas, just a little spearmint too (is that the mizunara?)…
timer Finish
not too long but clean and fruity. I would try to pour half a glass over some lemon sherbet, I'm sure that'll work. A little acacia honey in the aftertaste
