버번 캐스크에서 15년을 보낸 숙성이 이 글렌모렌지 15년 캐드볼 에스테이트를 곱고 산뜻하게 완성했다. 버번 우드의 흔적이 바닐라와 잘 익은 복숭아, 갓 벤 풀의 향으로 은은하게 열리고 그 아래 맑은 캐러멜의 단맛이 받친다. 43도의 가벼운 몸집이 혀 위를 부드럽게 미끄러지며 오렌지와 꿀, 옅은 오크의 풍미를 편다. 하이랜드 증류소다운 우아한 결과 함께 산뜻한 여운이 잔잔하게 이어진다.

similar in style but more restrained, much less expressive and lively. More caramel too. Gets a little grassy
restaurant Palate
strong attack, quite spirity and sour. Overcooked caramel, burnt cake, candy sugar. It gets more and more sourish… Some offbeat notes (vinegar, overcooked wine sauce). Not too enjoyable, I must say. Long, but kind of dirty finish, on raisins and cheap rum. I don’t like it too much, I’m afraid. 72 points . Maybe it was just the batch, but what a downfall!
