Tasting Notes
옅은 호박빛이 잔 속에서 맑게 감돈다. 새로 그을린 오크에서 마무리한 글렌모렌지 엘레멘타는 카라멜과 바닐라, 볶은 오크의 향을 부드럽게 풀어놓는다. 43도의 편안한 입안에서는 캔디 슈가와 건포도, 옅은 향신료가 매끄럽게 흐르며 끝이 살짝 달다. 가볍고 미끈한 질감으로 이름난 증류소가 새 오크로 무게를 살짝 더한 시도가 한 모금마다 읽힌다. 그을린 오크와 옅은 캐러멜의 여운이 은은하게 남는다.

similar in style but more restrained, much less expressive and lively. More caramel too. Gets a little grassy
restaurant Palate
strong attack, quite spirity and sour. Overcooked caramel, burnt cake, candy sugar. It gets more and more sourish… Some offbeat notes (vinegar, overcooked wine sauce). Not too enjoyable, I must say. Long, but kind of dirty finish, on raisins and cheap rum. I don’t like it too much, I’m afraid. 72 points . Maybe it was just the batch, but what a downfall!
