Tasting Notes
밝은 앰버빛이 잔에 은은하게 어린다. 코냑 캐스크에서 익힌 글렌모렌지 14년은 절제된 향 속에 캐러멜의 달큰함과 옅은 풀내음, 구운 케이크의 향이 함께 배어난다. 43도의 한 모금은 코냑이 남긴 포도와 캔디 슈거의 단맛이 먼저 오르고, 이내 향신료의 날카로움과 오크의 결, 옅은 시트러스가 또렷하게 드러난다. 하이랜드다운 매끈한 질감 위로 건포도의 향이 감돌며, 여운은 은은한 스파이스로 이어진다.

similar in style but more restrained, much less expressive and lively. More caramel too. Gets a little grassy
restaurant Palate
strong attack, quite spirity and sour. Overcooked caramel, burnt cake, candy sugar. It gets more and more sourish… Some offbeat notes (vinegar, overcooked wine sauce). Not too enjoyable, I must say. Long, but kind of dirty finish, on raisins and cheap rum. I don’t like it too much, I’m afraid. 72 points . Maybe it was just the batch, but what a downfall!
