Tasting Notes
옅은 호박빛이 잔 안에서 부드럽게 감돈다. 버번과 올로로소 셰리를 함께 쓴 글렌모렌지 디 어코드는 로제 와인 같은 꽃향과 민들레, 익힌 딸기의 향을 은은하게 피운다. 43도의 순한 질감은 입 안에서 캐러멜라이즈한 사과의 단맛으로 시작해, 옅은 와인의 새콤함과 탄 설탕의 결을 뒤로 풀어놓는다. 여운은 그을린 캐러멜과 오래된 와인, 옅은 소금기를 남기며 부드럽지만 다소 짧게 정리된다.

smells like a rosé wine (blush wine) – more discrete than both the sherry and the Madeira versions from the late 90s. Gets more and more winey and flowery (dandelion). Hints of burnt rubber, cooked strawberries. Not too bad…
restaurant Palate
rather nice attack on caramelised apple, but it’s soon to get sourish and winey – not in a good way, this time. Gets also a little fragmented and watery, with some burnt sugar and overcooked soy sauce. Rather long finish, on burnt caramel and old wine, and again a pinch of salt. 75 points . Glenmorangie ‘Port Wood Finish’ (43%, OB, ‘stripe label’, circa 2004)
