글렌모렌지 라산타 12년은 버번 숙성 뒤 올로로소와 페드로 히메네스 셰리 캐스크에서 추가 숙성한 보틀링으로, 노즈에서는 건포도와 토피의 달콤함에 카라멜과 오렌지 껍질이 겹쳐 드러난다. 팰럿은 호두와 흑설탕의 단맛에 계피와 정향의 스파이스가 또렷하게 발전하며, 43도의 도수가 부드러운 질감을 안정적으로 유지한다. 두 셰리 캐스크의 풍미가 균형을 단단하게 받친다. 피니시는 중간 길이로 말린 과일과 오크의 향신료가 이어진다.

similar in style but more restrained, much less expressive and lively. More caramel too. Gets a little grassy
restaurant Palate
strong attack, quite spirity and sour. Overcooked caramel, burnt cake, candy sugar. It gets more and more sourish… Some offbeat notes (vinegar, overcooked wine sauce). Not too enjoyable, I must say. Long, but kind of dirty finish, on raisins and cheap rum. I don’t like it too much, I’m afraid. 72 points . Maybe it was just the batch, but what a downfall!
