Tasting Notes
옅은 호박빛이 잔 안에서 은은하게 감돈다. 아메리칸 화이트 오크가 남긴 캐러멜과 바닐라가 부드럽게 번지고, 그 사이로 풀잎 같은 싱그러움이 스친다. 하이랜드 글렌모렌지 10년다운 가벼운 몸집이라 한 모금은 캔디 슈거와 감귤 껍질의 산미가 혀끝을 미끄러지듯 지난다. 43도의 절제된 도수가 향의 결을 흩트리지 않고, 여운은 건포도의 달큰함과 옅은 오크의 쌉쌀함으로 길지 않게 마무리된다.

similar in style but more restrained, much less expressive and lively. More caramel too. Gets a little grassy
restaurant Palate
strong attack, quite spirity and sour. Overcooked caramel, burnt cake, candy sugar. It gets more and more sourish… Some offbeat notes (vinegar, overcooked wine sauce). Not too enjoyable, I must say. Long, but kind of dirty finish, on raisins and cheap rum. I don’t like it too much, I’m afraid. 72 points . Maybe it was just the batch, but what a downfall!
