짙은 호박빛이 세라믹 저그에서 잔으로 흘러내린다. 1973년경 출시된 툴라모어 듀 12년은 미들턴 증류소가 더블린 존스 레인 시대의 마지막 풍채를 담아 세라믹 저그 보틀로 출시한 보기 드문 옛 아이리시 위스키다. 노즈에는 잘 익은 사과와 옅은 꿀, 마른 곡물이 풀려난다. 입에서는 노란 꿀과 마른 향신료, 가벼운 시트러스가 따뜻하게 흐른다. 옛 아일랜드 위스키의 절제된 곡물 단맛이 여운에 깊게 머문다.
