노즈를 가까이 하면 잘 익은 건자두와 부드러운 꿀의 향이 가장 먼저 두드러진다. 아일랜드 미들턴 증류소의 제임슨 21년 한정판으로, 엑스 버번과 엑스 올로로소에서 숙성한 뒤 엑스 버번에서 3년을 마감했다. 팰럿은 57.2%의 알코올을 따라 빽빽한 건과일과 마른 견과류, 가벼운 향신료가 명확하게 발전한다. 아이리시 위스키 특유의 부드러운 흐름이 단단한 구조감을 받쳐 준다. 피니시는 마른 오크와 다크 베리가 깊게 머문다.
