맑은 옅은 금빛이 잔 속에 가볍게 감돈다. 향은 풋사과와 배, 보리 사탕이 산뜻하게 피어오르고, 입에서는 59.7도가 청포도와 바닐라, 흰 후추로 또렷하게 번진다. 1989년 빈티지를 여덟 해만 숙성해 블렌드용으로 쓰이던 글렌토커스다운 맑고 깔끔한 과실미가 높은 도수에도 또렷하게 살아난다. 잔을 비운 뒤에도 풋과실의 상큼한 여운과 옅은 후추가 잔잔히 남는다.
