글렌타우처스 2008년 빈티지가 9년의 셰리 캐스크 숙성을 거쳐 짙은 호박빛으로 잔에 잠긴다. 향에는 마른 무화과와 다크 체리, 호두 껍질의 떫은 단내가 차례로 떠오르고 셰리의 흙내가 그 뒤를 받친다. 입에 머금으면 흑설탕과 구운 아몬드, 52.6도의 또렷한 알코올이 두꺼운 결로 흐르며 비교적 짧은 숙성에도 셰리의 깊이가 또렷이 깃들어 있다. 여운에는 묵은 가죽과 오크의 향료가 길게 이어진다.
