노즈에서는 버번 호그스헤드가 남긴 바닐라와 풋사과가 가장 먼저 두드러지고 스페이사이드다운 보리 단맛과 마른 풀 향이 뒤따른다. 입에서는 56.1도의 힘을 바탕으로 시트러스와 꿀 배 향이 또렷이 드러나며 발전한다. 1998년 증류해 12년을 채운 카데나스 오센틱 컬렉션 글렌토커스로 오크의 간섭이 적어 증류소 본연의 캐릭터가 명확하다. 피니시는 후추와 몰트가 깔끔하게 마무리된다.
