짙은 호박빛이 잔 벽을 따라 진하게 흐른다. 셰리 벗에서 12년을 보낸 스페이사이드 글렌토커스답게 건포도와 무화과, 볶은 견과의 향이 겹겹이 올라온다. 50.7도의 원액은 입안에서 검은 과일과 다크초콜릿, 가죽의 결을 묵직하게 밀어 넣는다. 잘 알려지지 않은 이 몰트는 셰리의 단맛과 몰트의 고소함이 단단히 맞물려 여운은 오크의 쌉쌀함과 말린 과일의 단내가 길게 이어진다.
