잔을 가볍게 흔들면 31년 숙성 글렌타우처스 1989의 옅은 황금빛이 잔 안에서 길게 흐른다. 코끝에 가져가면 배럴 숙성 특유의 부드러운 바닐라 위로 잘 익은 배와 흰 꽃이 또렷이 깃들어 있다. 한 모금을 머금으면 43.7도의 부드러운 알코올이 입천장을 가볍게 덮고 꿀, 카스타드, 옅은 풀잎이 풀린다. 삼킬 때 마른 허브와 옅은 오크가 길게 따라온다.
