붉은 기운이 어린 호박빛이 잔 속에 곱게 잠긴다. 하이랜드 글렌 개리오크가 퍼스트필 버번에서 숙성한 뒤 올로로소 쿼터 캐스크를 거친 이 위스키는 잘 익은 사과와 건포도, 옅은 향신료가 켜켜이 솟아오른다. 57도의 입안은 꿀과 호두, 올로로소가 더한 짭조름한 단맛이 묵직하게 입을 채운다. 두 캐스크가 빚은 여운은 마른 과일과 정향, 그을린 오크로 길게 이어진다.
