bursts with garden fruits, gooseberries, greengages, strawberries, pears… A flintiness in the background, hints of eau-de-vie (stone fruits, kirsch), then more grains and porridge, a little yeast, beer… Gets then grassier. Slightly roughish, without much wood influence. In short, rather ‘natural’

restaurant Palate

it’s punchy, fruity and almondy, rather clean, with a slightly oily mouth feel and once again notes of kirsch (almonds, fruit stones). Goes on with a little bubblegum and then quite some coffee. Gets then grassier, with maybe hints of white tequila

timer Finish

long, waxier and slightly phenolic and smoky
