Tasting Notes
맑은 황금빛이 잔 안에 또렷이 비친다. 1996년 증류해 11년을 보낸 이 탈리스커는 스카이 섬의 거친 바닷바람을 닮아 옅은 훈연과 후추, 짭조름한 미네랄이 코끝을 자극한다. 46도의 한 모금은 잘 익은 배와 꿀, 매콤한 후추가 또렷하게 흐르며 섬 몰트 특유의 짭조름한 생기가 살아 있다. 여운은 바닷소금과 마른 연기로 길고 알싸하게 마무리된다.

deep gold (agreed, that’s scary)
air Nose
to tell you the truth, I do not find many differences between the Storm and the Dark Storm. The colour is darker, but the whisky’s similar. Maybe a little more pencil shavings? Bread crust? Tea? Oranges, perhaps?
restaurant Palate
same feelings. A little more body, thickness, spicy oak, also more spices, ginger, caraway… Cumin, pepper, aquavit… I think the Storm was better chiselled, but this is good, no doubt
