맑은 황금빛이 잔 안에서 은은하게 감돈다. 스카이 섬의 탈리스커 1992는 평소의 짙은 스모크보다 오크에서 온 캐러웨이와 생강, 각종 오크 스파이스가 앞서 열린다. 입에서는 46도의 도수를 타고 큐민과 매콤한 참나무, 옅은 후추가 또렷하게 드러난다. 진 부아예가 병입한 이 원 샷 보틀링은 전형적인 탈리스커와는 다른 오크 중심의 결을 지녔고, 스파이시한 여운이 제법 길게 이어진다.
