Tasting Notes
스카이 섬의 거센 파도와 짭조름한 바닷바람이 탈리스커의 후추 같은 개성을 처음부터 끝까지 관통한다. 9년을 채운 만큼 잔에는 밝은 황금빛이 돈다. 향은 옅은 훈연과 바다 소금, 시트러스와 갯내가 또렷하게 어우러진다. 46도의 도수로 입에서는 후추의 알싸함과 바닷내, 보리의 단맛과 옅은 연기가 매끄럽게 흐른다. 여운은 후추와 짭조름한 연기, 옅은 광물 향이 스카이 섬다운 기질로 길게 남는다.

it’s pure malt distillate, it’s not exactly whisky. Don’t look for any wood influence, it’s all crystalline, pure, mezcaly spirit. Brine and olives, smoke and seaweed, kippers and oysters. Punto basta
