노즈에서는 탈리스커다운 후추 같은 매운 향과 옅은 피트 연기, 해풍이 명확하게 드러난다. 팰럿은 46도답게 절제되어 있으면서도 검은 후추와 훈연, 시트러스가 또렷하게 발전한다. 피니시는 매운 향신료와 짭조름함이 중간 길이로 이어진다. 6년 숙성으로 젊지만 스카이 섬 탈리스커 특유의 캐릭터와 구조감이 또렷한 한 병이다.

you cannot not think of mezcal, serious. Olives by the lorryload, ashes, green pepper, grapefruit, and more pepper. Talisker pepper, if you see what I mean. A load of green, grassy smoke
