스카이 섬의 거센 파도와 바닷바람이 탈리스커의 짭짤하고 후추 같은 캐릭터를 처음부터 관통한다. 잔에는 물처럼 옅은 빛이 어린다. 리필 호그스헤드에서 6년을 보낸 어린 2010 빈티지는 코에 해초와 갯내음, 훈연한 이탄의 향을 날것 그대로 올리고 옅은 구두약 내음이 스민다. 46도의 산뜻한 질감 속에서 입에는 올리브와 재, 초록 후추의 매콤함이 강하게 밀려오며 풀 같은 스모크가 번진다. 여운은 쌉쌀한 재와 풀 같은 스모크, 옅은 소금기로 길게 이어지며 섬의 거친 개성을 남긴다.

you cannot not think of mezcal, serious. Olives by the lorryload, ashes, green pepper, grapefruit, and more pepper. Talisker pepper, if you see what I mean. A load of green, grassy smoke
