Tasting Notes
짙은 황금빛이 잔 안에서 오래된 세월의 깊은 윤기를 머금는다. 1957년에 증류해 22년을 보낸 캐든헤드 보틀링 탈리스커는 바비큐와 베이컨, 바닐라와 오렌지 껍질, 옅은 민트의 향이 그윽하게 피어오른다. 45.7도의 도수 위로 재와 후추, 사과 주스와 바닐라 퍼지, 잘 익은 배와 서양배의 단맛이 부드럽게 번진다. 옛 탈리스커답지 않게 순하고 달콤하며 리랙킹의 흔적이 과실의 결을 한층 돋운다. 마무리는 중간 길이로 달콤하고 은은한 후추와 소금, 감초의 여운이 깊게 오래 머문다.

barbecue, bacon, vanilla, sardines, mint, orange zests, clams, chives, almond paste, fresh baguette, vanilla, liquorice allsorts, jellybeans. The re-racking feels, for it made Talisker sweeter and fruitier on the nose, in a Laphroaig-Select or Ardbeg-An-Oa kind of way. Very, very easy Talisker, more a canoe than a three-master but this is very pleasant
restaurant Palate
indeed, it's probably a little too easy, sweet and juvenile for the mighty Talisker, but naturally, it will 'go down without a frown', as they say in all pubs in Scotland. Some ashes, a little pepper and a little salt(iness), otherwise apple juice, vanilla fudge, williams pears and papayas. That's the bourbon
