Tasting Notes
진한 적호박빛이 잔 속에서 풍성하게 빛난다. 1957년 빈티지 탈리스커가 셰리 우드에서 20년을 보낸 캐든헤드 덤피 보틀의 향은 탈리스커 특유의 후추 같은 짭조름한 미네랄과 함께 셰리 캐스크의 농밀한 건포도와 무화과, 그리고 스카이 아일랜드의 바닷바람과 가벼운 훈제향이 다층적으로 어우러진다. 한 모금에 45.7도의 절제된 도수가 매끄럽게 펼쳐지며 흑설탕과 마른 자두, 흑후추의 강렬한 터치, 옅은 가죽이 차례로 흐른다. 1979년 병입의 클래식 탈리스커가 남기는 강건한 여운.

raw, peaty, almost harsh, pungent, spirity, a little mentholated... Well, its maybe not a whisky for nosing, I wouldn't say it's overly aromatic. Maybe also a little more medicinal than others?
restaurant Palate
ah yes, now we're talking. It's probably very young but peat and vanilla combine well here and it's got good oomph and zing. At first it's a rather rounder and creamier expression of young Talisker but it kept the spicy and peaty signature (it's actually very peaty). Don't look for a lot of complexity but balance and character are there in abundance
timer Finish
good length, with a vanilla that's a little more in the front. A feeling of salted caramel
