노즈에서는 30년 숙성된 탈리스커의 누그러진 후추와 짭조름한 해풍이 가장 먼저 두드러진다. 마른 해초, 밀랍, 옅은 훈연의 향이 정연하게 흐른다. 팰럿은 45.8%의 도수가 부드럽게 입을 채우며 시리얼, 절인 레몬, 약한 후추의 노트로 발전한다. 30년이라는 시간이 탈리스커의 거친 캐릭터를 어루만져 균형이 단단하고 구조감이 또렷하게 깃들어 있다. 피니시는 짠 미네랄과 옅은 훈연의 잔향이 길게 이어진다.

the difference from the 10 yo is even more pronounced here, with raisins slightly throwing off the Taliskerian mechanics, there are some buds and a wee bit of rubber, though it still works rather well
timer Finish
long, fattier than the 10, rounder, perhaps a tad maltier. A slightly bittersweet aftertaste
