가라앉은 호박색이 잔에 깊게 머문다. 스카이 섬의 탈리스커가 30년의 시간을 거쳐 2014년 메이드 바이 더 시 라벨로 45.8도에 병입된 디스틸러리 보틀링이다. 향에는 바닷바람과 후추, 옅은 피트 연기와 그을린 가죽의 결이 깊게 깃들어 있다. 입에서는 짭조름한 미네랄과 후추, 잘 익은 사과의 단맛이 묵직하게 입을 채우고 미세한 그을음이 입천장을 덮는다. 여운에는 후추와 바다의 잔향이 길게 이어진다.

the difference from the 10 yo is even more pronounced here, with raisins slightly throwing off the Taliskerian mechanics, there are some buds and a wee bit of rubber, though it still works rather well
timer Finish
long, fattier than the 10, rounder, perhaps a tad maltier. A slightly bittersweet aftertaste
