노즈에서는 30년 숙성 탈리스커의 짭조름한 바닷내음과 식은 후추 향이 가장 먼저 두드러진다. 오랜 시간에서 발전한 옅은 왁스와 마른 풀 노트가 명확하게 드러난다. 팰럿은 농축된 보리 단맛과 카라멜, 미세한 향신료가 균형을 이루고 45.8도 도수가 부드러운 무게감을 잡는다. 피니시는 후추와 짠 미네랄 잔향이 깊게 머문다. 디아지오 메이드 바이 더 시 보틀링답게 아일랜드 탈리스커의 노숙한 구조감이 또렷하다.

the difference from the 10 yo is even more pronounced here, with raisins slightly throwing off the Taliskerian mechanics, there are some buds and a wee bit of rubber, though it still works rather well
timer Finish
long, fattier than the 10, rounder, perhaps a tad maltier. A slightly bittersweet aftertaste
