Tasting Notes
오래 묵은 황금빛이 잔 속에서 은은히 빛을 머금는다. 스카이 섬의 탈리스커 30년은, 오랜 시간이 거친 후추와 연기를 둥글게 다듬어 짠 바다 내음과 잘 익은 과일을 우아하게 감춰 둔다. 한 모금 머금으면 탈리스커 특유의 후추 같은 매운기 위로 옅은 훈연과 미네랄의 짠기, 은근한 단맛이 어우러지고, 45.8도의 도수가 매끄럽게 흐른다. 30년의 숙성이 섬 위스키의 거친 면을 원숙하게 다듬었고, 후추와 바다 내음의 끝맛이 길게 이어진다.

a bit flat, a bit simple, something slightly gingery, caramel shortbread, pepper, a hint of sour wood, perhaps a few lemon cough drops. Feels a bit disjointed and meandering without direction
