Tasting Notes
잔을 흔들면 라이트 럼 캐스크를 거친 원액이 밀짚빛으로 가볍게 돈다. 코를 가져가면 날카롭고 풀 냄새가 앞서며 녹차와 라벤더, 셀러리 같은 채소 기운이 이어지고 풍선껌 같은 단내가 얇게 얹힌다. 59.5도의 한 모금은 물 없이는 감당하기 어려울 만큼 강해 혀를 곧장 찌른다. 물을 넉넉히 더해 다시 머금으면 채소와 흰꽃의 결이 드러나며 젊은 원액의 거친 성격이 그대로 남는다.

sharper, grassier and cleaner. Green tea, lavender perfume, celery… Not too complex but very ‘young’, just like it’s colleague. Hints of bubblegum and fructose. Maybe like some white rums or mescal
restaurant Palate
extremely pungent, this one needs some water – otherwise it’s undrinkable – but then it gets very vegetal. Difficult to handle this puppy! Okay, I give up. 75 points . MUSIC - Recommended listening - yet some powerful South-American music for a chilly Sunday: Angel James , from Venezuela, does Caribe Mar (mp3). Mucho Caliente - I love it! But take care, it's highly addictive...
