스카이 섬 서쪽 해안의 거센 바닷바람과 화산 절벽이 이 탈리스커 1975년 빈티지를 처음부터 끝까지 관통한다. 깊은 호박빛이 잔에 잠겨 있다. 향에서 짭조름한 미네랄과 옅은 훈연, 검은 후추가 또렷하게 드러난다. 입에서는 훈제 베이컨과 검은 후추, 노란 자두가 두꺼운 질감으로 흐른다. 45.1도의 절제된 도수가 34년의 시간을 단정하게 받쳐주며 여운에는 섬의 풍토가 길게 이어진다.
