Tasting Notes
잔을 가까이 하면 1940년 증류라는 전설적 빈티지 탈리스커의 부드러운 피트와 짠 미네랄, 가죽 향이 명확하게 드러난다. 17년 숙성된 셰리 캐스크의 영향으로 무화과, 시나몬, 잘 익은 시트러스 노트가 발전해 스카이 섬 옛 학파의 구조감이 또렷이 깃든다. 팰럿은 40도의 절제된 도수 안에서 짙은 단맛과 백후추, 옅은 훈연이 균형 잡힌 깊이를 만든다. 피니시는 가벼운 훈연과 짠 미네랄, 마른 오크가 길게 발전한다.
