Tasting Notes
짙은 황금빛이 잔 속에 또렷이 비친다. 스카이 섬의 거친 바다를 닮은 탈리스커 10년 옛 스톤 라벨답게, 향에서는 후추 같은 매콤함과 바다 소금, 옅은 훈연이 차례로 피어오른다. 입에 머금으면 45.8도의 도수 아래 보리 단맛과 시트러스, 특유의 강렬한 후추가 묵직하게 입을 채운다. 10년 숙성이 빚어낸 단단한 질감 속에서 탈리스커 특유의 짭조름한 갯내음과 매운 피트가 또렷이 드러난다. 여운에는 후추와 옅은 연기, 소금기가 길고 뜨겁게 이어진다.

more austere, more rigorous, more precise, yet not without some slightly acidic touches, such as... acidic seaweed. But the roundness from what’s likely new and possibly deep-charred oak soon kicks in, even bringing hints of pineapple that, oddly enough, marry quite well with the peat. A faint medicinal side too, bandages, discreet camphor... In the end, this nose is far more articulate than that of the Skye

there’s a bit of fresh oak at first, but it settles down quickly and heads straight for the classic Talisker combo of seafood, smoke, seaweed, lemon, pepper
