노즈에서는 잘 익은 마멀레이드와 가벼운 가죽, 토피의 향이 명확하게 드러난다. 밀튼더프 40년 배치 4 댓 부티키 위스키 컴퍼니 보틀링은 스피사이드 라이트 캐릭터 위에 40년의 숙성이 만든 우디 톤이 또렷이 머문다. 팰럿은 꿀, 시나몬, 마른 허브가 발전한다. 47도의 알코올은 절제된 강도로 입을 채우며 구조감이 견고하다. 피니시는 가벼운 오크와 시트러스 잔향이 또렷이 깃들어 있다. 긴 숙성의 깔끔한 표본이다.

a deep, clean and earthy sherry riddled with prunes, figs, dried mushrooms, balsamic and earthy, dunnage and hessian notes. Walnut wine, soft rancio, salted almonds and a dusting of dark chocolate powder. Also more figs and maraschino cherries. Just about everything you could wish for from a good, aged sherry matured malt whisky. A library in a glass
restaurant Palate
earthy, drying, chocolatey, lots of espresso and many, many dark fruits. Fruit loaf, Dundee cake, fig jam, damson jam, all the jams really. Raspberry sauce, nutmeg, mineral oil, camphor, damp earth, more rancio. Very, very good!
