Tasting Notes
밀튼더프가 1963년에 증류해 21년을 머금은 오래된 원액이 깊은 호박빛으로 잔에 어린다. 코끝에는 잘 익은 사과와 꿀, 마른 곡물의 향이 고풍스럽게 피어오르고, 그 아래로 옅은 시트러스가 깔린다. 한 모금 머금으면 보리 사탕과 캐러멜, 시트러스의 단맛이 부드럽게 번지고, 반세기 전의 증류가 남긴 결이 혀 위에 깊게 머문다. 40도의 온화한 도수가 잔잔하게 흐르며, 마지막에는 마른 과일과 오크의 따뜻한 여운이 길게 이어진다.

a very nice balance. Lots of very ripe apricots and oranges with a pinch of pepper. Hints of eucalyptus and, perhaps, camphor. Goes on with the usual caramelly notes, old books, antiques shop, cinnamon… Very classical and very nice
restaurant Palate
lots of orange juice and light caramel, old sweet wine, vanilla and basta. That isn’t much – although the whole is quite enjoyable.
