Tasting Notes
화이트 와인처럼 창백한 빛이 잔에 투명하게 고인다. 이 보틀링은 흑연과 아마인유, 기계유의 향이 이끼와 부엽토 위로 겹치며 꾸밈 없는 스프링뱅크의 얼굴을 보여 준다. 파라핀과 석탄 연기가 뒤따라 향의 골격을 만든다. 46도의 입안은 몸집이 크지 않으나 쓴 오렌지와 레몬 껍질, 기나피의 쌉쌀함이 또렷하게 이어진다. 여운은 길지 않아도 깔끔하며 쓴 오렌지와 옅은 소금기가 마지막을 정리한다.

ah yes yes yes, this is ‘true’ Spirngbank in its naked glory. Not much to say except that it’s exactly, well Springbank from refill – yet not dead – wood. Graphite oil, linseed, motor oil, moss, humus, paraffin, coal smoke… Great

same plus these touches of bitter oranges and lemon zests as well as a little cinchona yet again. Maybe the body is thinnish but nothing problematic. And I like these faint touches of white tequila and rum in the background

a bit short for Springbank but clean and very coherent. Bitter oranges and a touch of salt. Excuse me, a saltiness
