Tasting Notes
노즈에서는 1966년 빈티지의 밀튼더프다운 부드러운 흰 꽃과 잘 익은 배, 보리 몰트 향이 가장 먼저 두드러진다. 36년 숙성이 더한 바닐라와 마른 견과가 향을 단정하게 발전시킨다. 팰럿은 40.3도의 낮은 도수에서도 배와 꿀, 옅은 오크가 매끄럽게 균형을 이룬다. 오랜 숙성이 만든 섬세함이 구조를 부드럽게 받친다. 피니시는 꽃향과 마른 곡물의 잔잔한 여운이 이어진다.

a very nice balance. Lots of very ripe apricots and oranges with a pinch of pepper. Hints of eucalyptus and, perhaps, camphor. Goes on with the usual caramelly notes, old books, antiques shop, cinnamon… Very classical and very nice
restaurant Palate
lots of orange juice and light caramel, old sweet wine, vanilla and basta. That isn’t much – although the whole is quite enjoyable.
