노즈에서는 바나나와 바나나 와인을 떠올리게 하는 밝은 과일 향이 이례적으로 두드러진다. 밀턴더프를 리필 호그스헤드에서 8년 숙성한 이 프로버넌스 보틀링은 46도답게 접근하기 쉽고 깔끔하다. 팰럿은 크리미하고 둥근 질감에 콘플레이크와 메이플 시럽, 바닐라가 균형 있게 이어진다. 스페이사이드 몰트다운 밝은 성격이 선명하다. 피니시는 중간 길이로 달콤하며 은은한 뿌리와 멘톨이 산뜻하게 정돈된다.

forget about those bananas, this is a creamy, well-rounded, fruity and vanilla-ed malt, with cornflakes, maple syrup, and yeah, pancakes. I’ve heard this is what they’re pouring for breakfast over there in Drumnadrochit, when Nessie’s not watching
